How Long before I am given a response?

Normally, about 1-2 business days. While I do read my emails frequently and on weekends, I try to respond within prompt and timely manner. Depending on traffic and business, these days can be extended and I do apologize for any issues in advance. If any emails are sent on the weekends without prior engagement, I will try to respond on Monday at the earliest I can get back.

Gauging projects and quotes

When requesting to have any work done, please try to describe the type of work, your audience, and how you play to have your work presented. I try to estimate and gauge the scope of the work, therefore all estimates are not final. I try to give my clients the respect and fairness they deserve, but prices are finalized at the end of completion.

LARGE FORMAT PRINTING/PRINTING NEEDS

If the projects you needed has to be printed, it is your responsible to have printing arrangement taken care of. I can have a printing completed VIA a local company, but all costs and shipping will added to the final cost. All balance must be cleared before have your projects sent out for print and the products will be as is. With that in mind, please let me know if your specifics and expectations for your final product prior to sending any final payments.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

I am typically available Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST, excluding all holidays (national and observed). Unless I have prior arrangements, I strictly operate within that time frame.
